Please use directions written below instead of Mapquest or GPS.
From Rt.128 / I-95 northbound (from Woburn) - Follow I-95/ Rt. 128 north until the roads split. Remain on Rt. 128 toward Gloucester and take Exit 22E (Rt. 62 Beverly). Follow Rt. 62 (Elliott Street) east approximately two miles to Cummings Center at 181 Elliott Street, Beverly.
ONCE INSIDE OFFICE COMPLEX: Entering from the Main Entrance on Route 62 (Elliot Street). Pass the guard house on left, 900 building will be directly to your left. A Mexican restaurant (Acapulco's) will be on the first floor. Park anywhere near this area and enter the 900 building at either 107R or 107W. Take the elevator in the lobby to the 4rd floor; upon exiting the elevator, Suite 405-U is the first office on the right.
Please note: There is also free parking in the West Garage (you will see it on your left). If you use this, you have the option to enter the building through the glass walkway bridge located at the third floor of the parking garage. When you cross the glass bridge, you are entering the building on the third floor. Take the elevator to the fourth floor, and see Suite 405-U immediately to your right as you exit the elevator.
From Rt. 1 northbound (from Logan Airport) Follow Route 1 to junction with I-95 and Rt. 128 north. Turn north on these two routes, but stay on Rt. 128 toward Gloucester when the roads split. Follow Rt. 128 north to Exit 22E (Rt. 62 Beverly). Follow Rt. 62 (Elliott Street) east approximately two miles to Cummings Center at 181 Elliott Street, Beverly. Alternate route out of Boston itself is I-93 north to I-95, and then north on I-95/128 as above.

From Rt. 128 southbound (from Gloucester) - Take Rt. 128 to Exit 20 (Rt. 1A south) into Beverly. Follow Rt. 1A south onto Rantoul Street. Take a right onto Rt. 62, cross over railroad tracks, where Cummings Center is on the right. (Shortcut is to follow Rt. 1A to Balch Street. Turn right on Balch and into rear entrance of Cummings Center (one mile from Rt. 128).
