Individual Career Consulting

We help people assess their potential and develop career goals, navigate through career transitions and take a systemic approach towards positive change.

Success Coaching

Executives, managers, small business owners and other mid-career professionals seek out our coaching expertise to identify and strengthen areas of vulnerability, establish customized action plans for more effective business success or to get guidance as they make significant changes in their work life. Professionals also commit to a coaching process when they have made a decision to enhance their leadership skills, navigate existing politics, improve critical relationships, or position themselves for promotion. Others simply have reached a time when want to choose completely different work that more accurately reflects who they are.

Corporate Training & Team Development

Our learning programs are developed for various levels of management, from supervisory preparation to innovative leadership techniques for senior executives. Training events alone don't create change. What's different about our approach is that we provide optional follow-up reinforcement by working with people individually after the learning event. We also encourage "practical laboratory" training sessions and sequential training to help people integrate learnings into real-life work applications.
